We offer you a fully equipped apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with an area of 55 m2. The apartment is decorated in a modern style. It is completely renovated in 2015 and additionally refreshed last year. The restaurant is designed for a group of up to 5 people.

 

The first bedroom has a large bed 160 x 200 cm), bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV with Netflix. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a bedside table with a lamp and a cupboard.

 

The living room has a large, comfortable corner sofa (after unfolding 160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV with Netflix services, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are: fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, pots and dishes. The kitchen has a bar area where you can eat your breakfast comfortably. The bathroom is spacious and bright. There is a shower, toilet and bidet in it. It is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer. In the hall there are large wardrobes for clothes. The apartment also has an iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner.

The apartment has wireless internet (Wi-Fi). The apartment is equipped with all appliances to ensure guests a pleasant stay. For guests of our apartments, there is an external parking lot (fenced, not guarded) at the back of the building (courtyard). Along with the keys, we provide a gate remote control. Parking is available for residents of the tenement house, therefore it is not possible to reserve a place. On request, we can provide a baby cot upon prior arrangement.

 

The SeaShore Apartment is situated in the best location, in the heart of Sopot. The famous Monte Cassino Street (Monciak) is 100 meters away. There is also the Pier at the same distance. After crossing the street and the park, we find ourselves on a beautiful sandy beach in Sopot (distance 100 m, 1 minute). The location of the apartment provides easy access to the main attractions of Sopot within a short walk. The whole thing is completed by the location of the premises on the top, 4th floor of a classic, beautiful Sopot tenement house. There is no elevator in the tenement house. We cordially invite you!
